Breakfast on board your Nile cruise. After that you will start your magical tour in Thebes, the sacred land by exploring the west bank of Luxor including Valley of the Kings, which considers as the royal cemetery of the Theban kings and rulers of ancient Egypt, and the place where our Pharaohs were buried.
After that, you will proceed to visit Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir El Bahari. This temple is considered as one of the most wonderful examples of the Architecture in ancient Egypt, because it was totally carved inside the mountain.
At the end of the tour you will visit Colossi of Memnon, which is belonging to king Amenhotep III. After that you will return to your ship to have your lunch.
Start sailing to Esna city and cross Esna Lock: Esna Lock has 2 entrances, the front entrance is 32 meters in length while the back entrance is 29.3 meters long. 40 meters in depth Diaphragm walls deep been used to construct the Lock and a bridge been constructed and rested over the walls.
Filling the lock with water and emptying it is carried out through 4 automatic gates while there is a control tower which manages filling and emptying the lock which takes about 6 minutes.
The lock is a scenic photo spot for the Nile travelers while crossing on board their Nile cruises onto Edfu coming from Luxor or onto Luxor from Edfu departing from Aswan.
Continue sailing to Edfu city and overnight on board in Edfu.
